It has direct access to the water – just walk through the mangroves down to the boat ramp, if you feel like taking a dip or hopping on your boat and go fishing in one of the best (marlin) fishing areas of the world. You could also build a dock. Not only is this paradise home to two kinds of monkeys (among which the white-faced capuchin), four kinds of parrots, opossums (4-eyed, mouse, red-bushy tailed), coatimundis, raccoons, black squirrels and many, many birds, but there are fruit trees galore: 9 different kinds of mango, Spanish lime, rambutan, soursop, star apples, bananas, vanilla, oranges, lemons, coconuts, cacao, cinnamon, avocado, mangosteen, rose apples. Plus, hundreds of orchids, with several species in bloom at all times. The air-conditioned house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on 100 m2 plus 2 35-m2 terraces to catch the morning and evening sun and shade. A very large kitchen and pantry give you the storage room to stay on your island. Under the house there is a 40 x 40-foot storage room. A boat shed (50 m2) with a 30 m2 covered porch offers room for a 32-foot boat and a tackle room.
