The land has potential for urban development, as the asphalt road (Vía Las Mendoza) is located 320.00 meters away. We observed electric lights, an aqueduct, open gutters, streetlights, and telephone lines. According to an on-site visit, the land has a frontage of 317.22 linear meters. It is located approximately 320.00 meters from the asphalt road (Vía Las Mendoza), 850.00 meters from the entrance to the El Prado development, approximately 7.72 kilometers from the center of La Chorrera, near Feuillet Park and Avenida de Las Américas. Its topography is semi-flat and undulating, mostly covered in weeds and trees typical of the area. It is important to mention that within the area where the land balloon is located, there are residential projects such as the El Prado Urbanization (in front of the land balloon), Jardines de la Espinoza, Los Guayacanes, Sunsent Country Club, La Estancia, among others, which are aimed at satisfying a demand for mid-level housing.
