Farm located in the sector Las Delicias Arriba, Changuinola, Province of Bocas del Toro, on the banks of the Sixaola River 20 km from the border post of Guabito, with an area of 111 ha + 551.42 m2, with a totally mountainous and jungle topography. The farm is bordered by a stream with abundant water, and is located in an area that offers waterfalls and nature trails. The entire length of the trails you can appreciate the different species of trees, such as: cedar, criollo, mana, sparrow hawk, Panama, Laurel, orchids and heliconias. In this area the fauna is varied and includes big cats like the Jaguar and the puma. The birds in the area are very different including parrots, toucans and others. There are also different types of frogs and butterflies of various colors.
