There is an iron door at the entrance and a wooden door in the bedrooms. A terrace with a clay floor and a BBQ area is located behind the BBQ area. Towards the back, past the BBQ area, there is an efficiency with a bedroom, stove, and sink; tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. Clay floor. Zinc roof. Louvered windows with lattices and bars on the outside. Storage facilities are located outside. Water is supplied by a well. Both were remodeled in 2000. The main house was enclosed for four bedrooms, and a full bathroom was added. The floors, ceilings, and ceramic tiles were added, along with the guesthouse; the roof, ceramic tiles, kitchen, pantry, and storage facilities were added.
